Zombie talk: The Walking Dead S2 Premiere Fox Philippines Event and Dead Zone's Zombiethon 2011!

Back to blogging on a personal level with this page! Halloween is up in the air, and now's a good time to talk about some events this month, one past and one upcoming, and both involve zombies, zombies, and more zombies!XD

Last Saturday, October 22nd, Fox Philippines invited fans of AMC's The Walking Dead to their "Walk in at your own risk" Walking Dead Season 2 premiere event at Glorietta 3 Park over at Ayala Center!


Wearing a Batman costume and coming from an cosplay event nearby, I decided to check things out, and sure enough, there were lots of fans and ghouls there!

People dressed as zombies lined up the staging grounds to entertain any would be survivors in the area, and the good people from Fox entertained guests by screening the complete Season 1 in the early afternoon, just before the local premiere of the first episode of Season 2 later that evening! I later returned after my event to check the after party, and it was a big ghoulish gathering!

That pretty much sums up what happened the week prior. If you live on the US, you can catch an episode of The Walking Dead Season 2 every Sunday on AMC.
