It's November, and thanks to inspiration provided by this month's mega Bat event that is "Batman Inc.", I shall embark on a long toy photography session featuring different iterations and collectibles related to The Dark Knight himself.

Now, without further delay, here's entry #1:

BeatCast!v2 Episode 1 - The Return!

It's been a long time coming... but BeatCast! is back and operational once again! After scheduling conflicts and lots happening on the side, Mark and yours truly, Timzster, have returned to talk about all things popculture! In the first episode of the new direction, we hold the podcast while on the road (literally!), and talk about the past convention we attended early this October, the Collecticon, as well as highlights and news we read up online from last week's epic convention over at New York City, The New York Comic-Con! We delve into comics from DC and Marvel, as well as toys released as of late like the new Marvel Universe Wave 11 figures and Transformers Generations from Hasbro. All these stuff and more can be heard in our dicussions, as BeatCast! celebrates its return!

The Crusader's Corner Special: Collecticon 2010!

Last weekend, I attended one of the most outrageous, lively, and wild conventions ever to grace the eyes of collectors around the Philippines. I'm talking about none other than the Collecticon - held at the Midtown section of Robinson's Place. It was a gathering of groups, geeks, and fans of all things popculture, as they converged to sell and trade all things collectible and beyond! Along with me for the ride was my buddy Mark, and together we checked out numerous stalls with lots of toys and deals that were simply too good to pass up!
